Jim Barber Hosts Annual Grape Stomp in Hollister

Comedian Jim Barber from the Hamner Barber Variety Show is proud to once again serve as Master of Ceremonies for the 14th Annual Hollister Grape & Fall Festival’s Grape Stomp Competition this Saturday at 3:00pm on Historic Downing Street in Hollister, Missouri.

Sponsored by the Hollister Chamber of Commerce, the 14th Annual Grape & Fall Festival is the organizations biggest event of the year welcoming thousands of visitors to this unique and charming community. The Grape Carnival, as it was first known, enjoyed a renaissance in 1998 as the Grape & Fall Festival. The event originated to celebrate the annual grape harvest and features food, crafters—and the highlight of the Festival—the Grape Stomping Contest.

The Hollister Grape & Fall Festival activities begin on Saturday, October 13th at 10:00am with lots of great food, exhibits, and live music from several artists including George Dyer, The Hollister Swing Choir, The Cats Pajamas, Barry Williams and the cast of the Brady Bunch, Voices of Glory, SIX and many more! The street dance begins at 6:30pm with the Highway 52 Band from Nashville, Tennesee.
